Preventing tears/wrinkles in a ceramic sheet during film removal

Electrostatic charge is generated when a PET film is removed from a ceramic sheet several micrometres thick. A lot of electrostatic charge may cause tears or wrinkles in the sheet, resulting in the need to stop the production line to analyse the cause. The static eliminator prevents such defective products and eliminates unnecessary costs.
