Responsibilities of the Role:

• Acquire technical knowledge on product applications.
• Diagnose, trouble shooting and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
• Effectively answer, prioritize and escalate customer issues
• Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback
• Provide onsite support and training

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of PLC programming is added advantage
• 1-2 years’ experience in engineering tasks is preferred but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be a fast learner and can carry out instructions quickly in the study of equipment manufacturing and automation industry.
• Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Possess own car and willing to travel.

Company Package and Benefits:

• Working hour: 8:15am -5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
• Basic Salary: RM4,000.00 (for probation period)
• Monthly incentive system (after probation)
• Car Allowance: RM 1200.00 Per month (not included in Basic Salary)
