Technical Support Engineer (Permanent)
Location: Kelana Jaya, Selangor Bayan Lepas, Penang

Responsibilities of the Role:
Acquire technical knowledge on product applications.
Diagnose, trouble shooting and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
Effectively answer, prioritise and escalate customer issues.
Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback.
Provide onsite support and training.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
Knowledge of PLC programming is added advantage.
1-2 years’ experience in sales is preferred but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Aggressive and hardworking. Candidate must be a fast learner and can carry out instructions quickly in the study of equipment manufacturing and automation industry.
Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
